Do you really speak English?
Yes: on the phone, on WhatsApp and at the property. We also speak Spanish, Russian and Ukrainian, which helps when we need to talk to a Spanish administrator, insurer or neighbour on your behalf.
Are you a 24-hour plumber?
We work every day, weekends and bank holidays included, from 7:00 to 21:30. If something happens at night, turn off the stopcock and send us a WhatsApp: you will be among the first calls in the morning.
How much does a plumber cost in Elche?
It depends on the fault, the parts and the time needed. The quote is free and we always give you the price before starting. The call-out charge depends on the area and we tell you on the phone.
I live abroad. Can you fix something in my apartment while I am away?
Yes. Tell us who has the keys (a neighbour, a key holder, your rental agency) and we arrange the rest. You get photos, an explanation and the invoice on WhatsApp or by email.
Where is the stopcock in a Spanish home?
In apartments it is usually in the kitchen or bathroom, sometimes next to the water meter on the landing. In villas, look by the meter at the street or in a small box in the garden. If you cannot find it, call us and we will help.
