We level and fit the tray with the right fall and waterproof it so nothing leaks to the flat below.
Tiles and screen
We tile the area, fit the mixer and screen and seal every joint.
Test and clean-up
We test drainage and watertightness, tidy up and leave the shower ready to use.
Choosing the shower tray
Resin with mineral filler: cut to size, stone-look finish, anti-slip. This is what we fit most.
Acrylic: light and cheaper, a good option on a tight budget.
Ultra-low: 3–4 cm high, almost no step. Ideal for older people.
With hard water, smooth or lightly textured finishes are easier to keep free of limescale.

How long does the conversion take?
Usually one or two days. If the waste has to move or a made-to-measure screen is needed, it can take a little longer; we tell you in the quote.
Can I use the bathroom during the work?
The toilet and basin, almost always. The shower, not until we finish and the silicone has cured.
Do I need permission from the town hall or the community?
A bath to shower change inside your home normally only needs a simple notification to the town hall, but rules can change, so check with the Ayuntamiento before starting. If you live in a block, let the administrator know.
Can you add a grab rail and a seat?
Yes: grab rails, a fold-down seat and a thermostatic mixer that prevents scalding, ideal for older relatives.
